3. Laboratory Testing & Compliance Services
E&ESD has well-equipped laboratories to facilitate product compliance and regulatory testing. These include:

- Refrigerator Performance Testing
- Ingress Protection (IP) Testing
- Environmental testing
The laboratory operates in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17025 standard on quality management to ensure technical accuracy and reliability.
Electric Vehicle (EV) Testing & Advanced Mobility
E&ESD is strengthening its position in electric mobility through dedicated EV testing and evaluation services. The facility provides the following services:
- Battery performance and safety tests
- Motor and drive system tests
- Energy consumption and range estimation tests
- Performance assessment of electric vehicle charging systems
- Performance validation of electric three-wheeler conversion kits
Test results contribute to national regulatory activities, providing technical support to the Department of Motor Traffic.
